Monthly Club Dives - SUNDAY FUN DIVES

Below is our schedule of club dives. Each month we will head to a local dive site and one of our experienced club members will lead the dive. If anyone has a suggestion or would like to organize a dive, let us know!  

January

• January 30 - Britannia Beach Dive led by Kat. Natural wrecks at 35-40ft. Vis looks to be great this month. 

February

• February 12 - Sunshine Coast day trip to Tuwanik. 2 dives led by James. Early start, long day, and totally worth it!

March

• March 20 - Porteau Cove Nakaya led dive. Must be Advanced certified and fit for a long'ish' surface swim. 2nd dive through the park for any certification level.
• Course: March 26/27 - PADI Advanced Course weekend & Drysuit

April

• April 15th - Good Friday dive at Whytecliff

May

• May 14 or 15th - Sea Dragon Boat dive
• Course: PADI Rescue Course at Cultus Lake & First Aid certification

June

• June 18/19- Sayres Lake, Mission. This dive will go down to 70ft so you will need your advanced certification. Stay overnight camping.
  

July

July 16 - Full moon night dive at Whytecliff Park.

August

• August 6/7 Pavilion Lake diving and Marble Canyon camping. James organizing

• ​August 21 Sunday Fun Dive - Summer BBQ. 10am at Porteau Cove 1st dive splash. Lunch served at noon. Lunch: Free for members; $10 for non-members. Diving is free as always.

September

• September 23-25 - Nanoose Bay diving and Riverbend Cabins camping
  

October

• Oct 2  - Cultus lake clean up. Bunzel annual sponsorship, with BBQ
