- 9th - VMM's 'Across the Top of the World' Exhibit andUASBC's Shipwrecks 2015 'Arctic Exploration' at Simon Fraser University. Conference flyer and Program.
There is a day program and an evening program.
The day program is featuring Marc-Andre Bernier of the Chief of Parks Canada's Underwater Unit, Jim Delgado of NOAA, Phil Nuytten of Nuytco, Ken Burton, and author David Woodman plus a half dozen well-known divers and arctic maritime historians.
Marc-Andre is the key note speaker at the Evening Banquet - his evening presentation will be on John Franklin's Erebus - Marc-Andre will have spent 3 weeks diving under the ice on the Erebus just before Shipwrecks 2015! Without question, he will come back with spectacular images of the Erebus. The banquet is only $50.

- June 24th - The Underwater Archaeological Society of BC (UASBC) invite the Pacific NW Underwater Photographic Society members to the first annual 'Divers BBQ at the Vancouver Maritime Museum', 1905 Ogden Street, Vancouver from 6 to 10 pm on Wednesday June 24, 2015. (Set-up time is 5:30.)
All dive clubs and non-commercial diving organizations in BC are being invited.
Clubs and organizations will have the opportunity to put out a display on their activities and to give a short (5 min) oral presentation.
The UASBC will supply a bbq, hot dogs and buns; tables for the displays; and a no-host bar with craft beer. Clubs can bring other food to cook on the bbq.
A great opportunity to socialize with other divers; learn about diving opportunities and network.
